      AutoZone Walla Walla are disrespectful attendant's and supervisors. Several times I have left unhelped. This last time my used motor oil was rejected! Before, I had to find my own oil filter and wrench. AutoZone is an ** American store.

      Currently employed, training wasnt very thorough or explained, each store runs differently. Some follow procedures others dont care, and the ones that get blamed and get in trouble are the ones who care about running the store. I was transferred stores & changed to a different manager position only to be kept in the dark about the process, and come to find out my pay was also affected. HR was okay in helping out but did not care that I was put in a financial struggle because of what happened. I missed two days of work so I can make some money & pay for bills and HR demanded I show up to work, but still didnt offer any assistance on the program they have for financial help or if I qualify. District manager ***** isnt willing to help when I ask for assistance.

      I went to AutoZone to test my battery only to find out it was really low. So I decided to buy a new battery while I was there and they must've sold me the wrong battery because when they installed it they crossed the battery terminal wires and shorted out the my Van. There was sparks throughout the engine and the alarm system went off. So now I had to buy a more expensive, correct battery and they too installed it. I was hoping nothing happened to the my Van but as I started the vehicle it instantly died out, I started it again and this time it stayed on. As I tried to put it in reverse it wouldn't budge and all these system warnings were going off on my van display. Ultimately I had a back and forth with the Manager and he called his Supervisor and promised they would help with whatever. I had to get the Van towed to ************ & a rental car eventually. The Problem ultimately was the Main 140A Fuse that was blown by AutoZone employee installing battery incorrectly. After all is said and done I'm in it for *******, for everything. I originally wanted a ***** dollar battery. This is the most expensive Battery purchase Ive ever dealt with. I'm going to pursue this until Im satisfied. I've left my name and number with the supervisors and mangers and they even gave me the higher up supervisor, I keep calling and goes straight to voicemail. I leave messages and no one is returning my calls. I even went to Autozone and the manager gave me his bosses number to contact. This is very frustrating and has really put me in a jam.
