    As a veteran who has served in the military for over ten years as an aviation structural mechanic, I often approach mechanic services skeptically due to my pride and feelings that I can handle repairs myself. Despite residing in ********, **, I have family in ******, and I've found myself regularly making the driveor even towing my vehiclesacross states to Badger Automotive, the only shop I trust enough to be worth the effort and expense.Over the years, I've taken four of my familys vehicles to them: a 2017 ***** Silverado and a 2001 Yukon XL Denali, both plagued by tricky transmission issues, and my 2008 *** 535i, which needed an engine/transmission replacement. The work was outsourced perfectly, at a great price, with top-notch efficiency. The professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the managers and mechanics at Badger have been consistently outstanding. One standout aspect is their main mechanic, *******. His honesty, openness, and incredible ability to foresee problems, provide quick diagnoses, and explain what needs to be done are truly remarkable and a big reason why I keep returning.Adding to the exceptional service is the owner, *******************, whose daily involvement truly sets a high standard. Mani is frequently on-site, greeting clients and checking in on the work. His approachable manner and genuine interest in ensuring customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and responding to concerns immediately enhance my trust and confidence in this establishment.Their commitment to fairness in pricing and excellence in service, coupled with speedy completion times, makes Badger Automotive the only place I trust with my vehicles.     We unexpectedly found ourselves in a situation. We didnt know where we were. We were supposed to be on a getaway morning, our sons death as he had passed for years prior. This man was the only one that was able to get us in that day with us not knowing where we were we trusted faith and found ourselves right where we needed to be. We are so thankful to him for getting us back on the road at a Way Great price even getting stories of the history of the property which was amazing definitely if you find yourself in this area in a tough predicament I 100% recommend with out hesitation
