****** did a great job helping get the 18 year old ***** poo out of the carpet in mutliple places. I tried another place and it still smelled after a couple of weeks. ****** even left us a sample to use for spot cleaning. The pricing was great and reasonable. Very friendly as well as the owner answered the phone and responded promptly. I also appreciate the advice from ****** to NOT use Resolve or Oxy on stains as it can set them, which I had tried on a wine spot downstairs and ruined a tiny area of my own carpet. It's been so difficult for **** and me to clean our carpets since we've gotten older, (Grrrr. Old sucks?). He was so kind and helpful in moving the few pieces of furniture out of his way. (Loved the gliders and "furniture ******** He made it so easy. We used to clean our carpets on our own, so we know how exactly hard he worked -- and could definitely see what a thorough job he did. The repairs he made our bathroom area make the carpet look like new. (After 24 years,)You have a great employee with ******. He knows -- and practices good customer service. He gave us much more than we expected. He was so kind, happy to help us --and definitely loves his job. (He actually told us he loved his job, so you must be doing something special as a supervisor for him to volunteer the comment so freely and without prompting.)Regards -- until next year.Carpet MD Inc
