I found that everyone I have spoken with both on the phone and in person from CarpetMD to be very professional and responsive. They were also very punctual. I had them out to do carpet cleaning. I had several areas its stains. There were areas where stains were permanently set, ******, the technician who was out notified me right away if she suspected some of them would not come out, but also attempted to still. We did a walk through at the end. I was satisfied with the service and found a the cost very reasonable. I would recommend their services.

I was extremely pleased with your cleaning service. All 3 recliners look like new. ***** notified me what time he should arrive and he was very prompt. He was super polite and respectful and had job done in no time at all. He did give me some stain remover with your business name on it and l will definitely contact you if l need any other services and will let friends know if they are looking. Carpet MD was very easy to schedule with on the phone first of all. On the scheduled day of carpet cleaning **** was very prompt and listened to concerns I had about my carpet. After a measurement to access square footage a final quote was given by **** and he began work on the carpets. I left for about an hour and when I returned everything was clean and ready.
