    On 12/4/2022 I paid $150 for the death date of my wife to be engraved on her tombstone. I was told by the owner it would be done in 2 weeks. It has now been 5 months and still has not been done. My wife passed away over a year ago on 4/18/2022. I have tried calling NW Monuments and also emailing them and have not heard a thing back from them since I paid. I just want the work done. In my latest email I told them I wanted it done by the end of this month or I want a refund so I can get another company to do this. Still have not heard a thing from them.

    We completed the final inscription. We're not sure where the customer got the 2 week timeframe.  We don't generally do final inscriptions during the wet season. This year's wet season has gone long and we are just getting done with last November's final inscriptions. We did move this job up in the order and actually tried to get it done a couple weeks ago, but brought a stencil for an inscription we had already done at the same cemetery by mistake. The job is done now and we hope the customer is happy.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.    I went out to the cemetery yesterday at 10 am and it wasn't done yet so they must have done it in the afternoon.  I am happy this is done but next time it would be nice to have some communication just to keep me informed of what is going on.
