      i purchased a waterheater,stand ,wallstrap from ACE hardware. i just needed to have it installed. Mr ********************** installed Friday. today is saturday. there is leaking on top of waterheater apparently from the ****** pipe/joints, water pressure is low on hot water and water is not as hot as before . plumber asked me if the location where he planned to put water heater was ok, it was, but then changed location without consenting me. there are other concerns w/ plumber that i won't address here due to limit in words the more concerning is possibly drinking on the job (i could smell mouthwash masking alcohol - i have no proof but plumber did make some inappropriate comments). the total charge was 1181$. seemed high but i consented because this waterheater issue was going on 3 months. 1181$ for installing a waterheater? that is excessive. and now this? i want a refund. on saturday at 6pm i called them to report issue they said someone would call me. i never heard back. wasting my saturday night waiting for nothing. not happy. you should get paid as work was done but not this much. this job was done poorly and followup is poor. plumber came up w total. please check if it is appropriate and not fraud. regarding strange comments. i asked if i could see what he was doing but stated if i tried to help he would charge double. he seemed annoyed so i left him alone. when i asked if he took card he said yes, just not children and pets. he may have been drinking. i'm very unhappy w/ results
