      Volcano ****** signed me up for a credit card while I was signing to buy a bike, the amount was then used for a downpayment on said bike.Volcano ****** failed to provide information on who the card was from or how to pay it, nor did they email or sent me information at any time.I made several attempts to gain this information and was given the run around and kept being told to call someone else.I found out almost 3 months later who the card is from and I now have late fees and a huge remark on my credit.

       I saw the response, thats not acceptable or what I was concerned about, they failed to provide any information on how or who to pay for the credit card.

      They entered in my address and email incorrectly so I had never received any mail from that institution regarding payments.

      I found out months later when it hit my credit for over 100 points for non payment. When I spoke with a lawyer I had ground to *** for fraud since it damaged my credit due to their negligence.

      What more information do you need? I sent a detailed message with the issue, no one has at any time asked me for further information to clarify anything.

      This needs to stay open until it is actually solved and answered instead of BBB closing it because someone neglected to email me or ask me a question regarding the case.

      I want them to pay me back for the card, the fees, and extra for damages to my credit for fraudulently withholding information I needed to pay the card.

      08/22/2023 I purschaes a ************************** and was lied to and treat poorly. I was intrested and two used motorcycles and kept getting lied to about them being sold cause they were having a promotion on new **********. I had a trade in valued at $20k. The bike I purchased isnt even what I wanted and I left with a payment which is not what I wanted also. Basically they werent selling us as used bike so if we didnt want new one then they werent helping us they lied to us several times. It was very u professional we drove 4 hours and sat around for them to play games and lie to us for over 8 hours it was the worst experience of our lives and now in debt .

      Hello,

      ***** was in our store with a trade in. He test rode two motorcycles, one new and one pre-owned. Based on credit approval and financing options presented to the customer he elected to purchase the new motorcycle as it fit his needs and means the best. Upon the deal closing the customer appeared excited and happy with the purchase. Our deal process is extensive and a customer can walk away from their intended purchase at any point. We'd be happy to hear from ***** at the dealership ************** regarding his concerns, but we did our best to provide him with the best financing and purchase option available to him, and that fit his needs, at the time of his visit.

      I was in communication with their internet sales person regarding a Harley **** listed on the internet for sale. I asked them to look at it and they asked me to come in so they could look at my trade in and I could look at the **** I have been inquiring about. I got there and they didnt have the **** which they sold three days earlier. I was totally ****** and then they tried to scam me with another deal on another **** and wasted my precious time. This dealer is absolute shady and scum!!!

      While the bike you wanted to look at was still available upon your initial inquiry it did end up selling before we were able to meet in person to look it over. Our sales team wants to make sure that all of our customers can walk away with a bike they're proud to ride! We are sorry that the bike you were looking at was no longer available, but we wanted to make sure you were able to ride off with a similar bike!

      All your doing is trying to sell your business rather than deal with my complaint. I came to your dealership in faith, traveling all the way from ******* which cost me a considerable amount based upon communication from your representatives response. This action as I mention cost me money and now I am out of pocket due to your mistake in not dealing with the problem. Your representative asked me to bring in my bike and look at the proposed bike we were soaking about. You should have done your due diligence and found that you didnt have the bike and therefore I wouldnt have traveled so far and fast to look at the bike that was still up on the internet. I dont accept your apology due to this. When in your place of business I felt like this was a used car sales gimmick. Playing games, there is no place for that.
