      I went into this dealership with a PRE APPROVAL from my bank and a downpayment ready to purchase a **** Transit Connect. I am a business owner who's been in business less than a year which I was completely transparent about. When I got to the finance department, *** convinced me to let him find me a loan with a better interest rate which I agreed upon, and the next day he had allegedly found a bank that approved me for financing. So we signed the deal, they gave me the keys, I drove off the lot, switched my insurance policy, canceled my original loan pre approval, started moving all my equipment into the vehicle, then TWO WEEKS later I get a call from the dealership saying that the bank decided not to fund the loan because I have only been in business for myself less than a year, and that I had 3 days to find alternative financing. As a consumer I had no idea that the loan was only 'pre approved' by a computer algorithm or that it was not a 100% guarantee. Someone at this dealership should have, at the VERY LEAST, made me aware that this loan wasn't 100% approved yet or guaranteed. Especially in the finance department, seeing that, again, they were fully aware that I am self employed with a newly established business. But instead they let me drive off the lot under the assumption that the loan was fully funded. When I tried to get to the bottom of how in the h*** this could have happened all anyone would give me were vague responses, gas lighting, some sort of run around, or just not getting back to me all together when they said they would. And now to TOP IT ALL OFF.... After less than a month of driving this vehicle the brakes are squeaking insanely loud AND my air conditioning has stopped blowing cold air. Coincidence?? I think not. I reached out to **** via email 2 days ago about these issues with no response. Of course now that I have signed the new papers on my loan and they've got the sale, it's not really a priority for him to deal with my issue.

      I really like my new Sonata but DO NOT BUY from this dealer!!! They absolutely screwed me over on trade in value of my old car and on false statements about extended warranties.

      Responded to a internet ad on a specific car for a specific price wasted several hours of our time commuting and test driving a vehicle listed at a sale price, when the price was hiked up thousands more than the listed price after we were interested in purchasing the car. They low balled us on a trade-in also and with the jacked up price would have been giving our car away and paying more than they're listed price. Very disappointed in this experience. We all so offered to buy the car with cash with no trade in and the price was still way over the listed price on the internet and on the sticker price. No apology was given and we walked out the door without a deal. They did not honor their sale price on the Internet or on the sticker price. Felt very unethical.
