    I won two rings via an auction on ********* on December 7, 2024. I paid immediately via credit card and following several communications via email and text, I still have not received my rings.

    Through the Hi-Bid auction site, on 12/23/2024, Revival auctions had a jewelry auction. There were no reserves. I was high bidder on lot 266 a sterling silver diamond ring and lot 303 a pair of diamond earrings. After **** I contacted the auction to see what was going on. The owner told me there was reserves on these items and I could purchase them for the reserve price, which was $593 for both lots plus shipping. Now the Auctioneers communicated many times until I paid the invoice. Once I paid the invoice though, the auctioneer went silent. Finally after some pestering, I got emails stating there is up to a 30 day hold for all fine Jewelry. I concurred and asked for a tracking number when they send it. Now it has been 63 days since the auction and no communication. No response to email, through venmo, or phone calls.

    12/22/24 Date of Auction. Auction clearly stated I was highest bidder. I emailed them. The reply was that I didn't win but I could have if for $1600. I sent them $900 and told them to send pictures and serial number of watch. That never happened. I then told them to send my money back. Told me 30 days. It's been passed 30 days.

    This is from a no-reserve auction on 12/23/24. I placed with winning bids for lot 26 (sapphire earrings) and lot 63 (ruby and diamond ring). On 12/24 I received an invoice that I had won only lot 26 with a total of $49.26 including shipping. They requested I pay by ***** so my order could be processed and shipped quicker as there were no hold times. I immediately sent payment via ***** as requested and sent a screenshot of the payment confirmation. On 12/31 they sent me another message that they had not received payment and requested payment via ***** again. I asked if they were sure they had not received it and sent a screenshot of the completed transaction via Zelle and a screenshot of the withdrawal from my bank account. I have not been able to contact them since and have not received the items I won.

    Bid on auction item with this auction house. May have won, contacted to inquire. Initially received a response that I may have won and they may be able to get me the item close to what I bid. I replied asking for what they meant, if I won, inquiring again and again. I reported them to the auction host because they were not responding. Subsequently I was harassed by the owner ***** and her husband via email and threatened with stalking and violence.

    Business advertised an on-line auction on *********, ******************, I placed a bid on an item and won the auction for a 18k gold diamond pendant necklace of Pokemon. Seller would only allow payment through *****, Venmo, or Zelle, for the winning price of $38, Buyer's Premium of $7.60, Shipping and Handling, $17, and a transaction cost of $1.88, for a total of $64.48. I asked to mail payment or go through ****** and she (***** ******) refused stating that she had gotten too many scams and stolen credit cards from those sites, and did not accept checks, and only accepted the above. After multiple text messages from seller demanding immediate payment, I was able to make payment via ***** on the Monday, October 29, 2024. ***** confirmed she received payment on October 30, 2024, and would send me a tracking number for my purchase when she mailed it. She has now blocked me from telephone calls, and not replying to any of my text messages. To date have not received any delivery of my purchase.
