I bought a part in 9/23 and it failed in mid December of 2023. I emailed the company as they stated there is a 90 day warranty on the part. I then ordered another part and it failed within 90 days. I emailed the company and they refuse to warranty my part. All I want is the warranty be upheld.

This customer also filed a dispute with PayPal, and lost the dispute.  Here is the email I sent to him, within 20 minutes he withdrew his dispute with PayPal.

    ****,
Yes, you spoke with ****** at Westland sales, and neglected to inform him that you had purchased this same protective device from us on 09/05/2023.  Then again on 12/22/2023.  Had you done so, he would have told you exactly what we have.
It's not a valid warranty claim, it's a problem in the system that must be addressed immediately by a technician.

Sir, My kind and helpful response was provided to you as a fact, because in your specific case, you ordered this exact same part from us on 09/05/2023 and then ordered it again on 12/22/2023.
You can not continually order a 90 day warranty (safety device) part, claiming it's defective, when the fact is you have not isolated the problem that is causing it to continually do its job for you.
It's the equivalent to blowing a fuse or a breaker repeatedly, claiming the fuse or breaker is defective, when in reality the device is doing its job to protect you and alert you of a problem.
The continued failure of this device in your situation is alerting you to a problem in the system that needs to be repaired, which for whatever reason you refuse to address,
and is precisely why I told you no warranty for the part in your case.

The fact that the protective one-shot device is failing in even LESS time (3 weeks), is more concerning to all of us for YOUR safety, as not addressing the cause, can lead to a fire, at minimum.

The real problem here is that you need to hire a technician to diagnose the problem.

Instead you are choosing to remain willfully obtuse, throwing the same part at it, reporting us to the BBB, threatening to contact the ****** Attorney General for fraud?

You are the party committing fraud here over a 60$ part designed to alert you to a problem, potentially save your life, that so far has done its job.  Which I am grateful for.

I handle valid warranty claims aggressively, and have done so in this industry for 20 years now with a quite stellar record of protecting my customers. This is not a valid warranty issue.

I am forwarding ******* notes from his conversation with you, right along with all of our correspondence and notes on the matter ( some below) to our legal Department and the BBB.
This is precisely why we don't call customers, as you requested.
So we have a record of all correspondence for both our own accountability / liability, and for the safety of the customers we have proudly served for over 10 years.
Regretfully, you are no longer welcome nor permitted to ever purchase a product from our company moving forward.  I sincerely hope you choose to take our professional advice and have a technician
service your appliance, it may potentially save your life.
We wish you all the best.  Please take care.
