    I came to this mechanic for the first time in October to change the transmission of my van. The invoice that he gave me states that the warranty is 1 year or 12k miles. ** July 31 I go back to the same mechanic because the transmission has died. He refuses to change it or work on the Van with the guarantee, he does not want to take care of anything and the communication was very unpleasant on his part. I have taken 48 hours to talk to him again and reach an agreement but he still refuses to take responsibility for this. I paid $1,500 in November for his work, almost 8 months have passed, I meet the established deadline that enters the warranty and the miles. I hope we can work together and find a solution.
