      I just went to pick up my car from them after paying **** to have it fixed and the problem is not fixed my vehicle is still not running right. The vehicle was broken into while they had it a radio deck was stolen from it they replaced it with a stock deck that I didn't approve of so they did work that was not authorized. They gave no case number for when vehicle was broken into. I'm out **** for a car that's still doing exactly what it was before. This has been a nightmare im looking for a consumer lawyer to go after them. The lady that helped me was rude and had zero costumer service.

      This customer had his car towed in. We diagnosed the problem as mis-fires, And told him that his Catalytic Converter was also bad, and causing restriction in his exhaust.

      He authorized us to fix only the mis-fire, so we did. He knew it needed  Cat and lots of other repairs.

       After repairs were done we tried for WEEKS to get ahold of him. During this time someone broke into his car and stole the stereo. We called the police and reported it. We Still could not get ahold of the customer.

      We deceided to get a stock replacement stereo and replace it for Free. Still we could not get ahold of him, So we sent a registered letter. Finaly he responded and came to check the car. He couldn't pay for the repairs yet. Because of the stereo we also gave him a $400 discount. 

      He finaly later got the car, called and complained that it didn't have proper power. We paid to have it towed back, re-checked our work, and came to the same conclusion that his Cat was causing exhaust restriction. He couldn't afford to repair it. Now he wants a refund saying it's "the same as before"

      We cannot be responsible for cars let in our lots for Weeks, and our work order says similar.

      We feel we have gone above and beyond to help him, But can only repair what the customer authorizes.

      Well the stereo we installed worked fine when it left here. Either they are not telling the truth or it died.

      Either way we still went over and above, and it still needs additional work to run correctly.
