      I bought 3 lithium batteries B-lfp12 -125 and a special charger just for lithium batteries on 7/23/23 from batterystuff.com in grants pass ,or ************ *********** )and on 8/25/24 one of the batteries died i called the battery charger company first pro charging systems in tenn ************ they walked me through a process to check if the battery was bad and it was i called **** at batteries plus there were many email exchanges over 12 days then finally they transfered responsibility to **** ********** ************ she had several email exchanges also said she had to have meeting on 9/10/24 i emailed her today and she said she cant do anything withought mgmt approval i keep getting the runaround on everytine i ask why is this taking so long please call me if you need any help or more i fo im so frustrated over all this also it turns out the company that made the batteries is in ***** and isnt making the batteries anymore (no surprise here ) and not responding from what im told i didnt buy the batteries from ***** i bought them from batterysplus in or they should be responsable also **** said they have one battery left and he requested for them to save it for me but i havent heard anything from him either its like i dont get a response until i email or call them it shouldnt be this way please help me i had to take out a loan to buy these batteries and charger

      Hello BBB,
      *** did contact us on Monday, August 26, 2024, regarding a failed lithium battery. We advised *** at that time that we would contact the distributor for the battery and follow up with RMA instructions. Unfortunately, ***, the distributor for BSLBATT Batteries no longer carries the batteries, so the resolution was taking much longer than expected.
      In the end, BatteryStuff.com never did get a resolution from the manufacturer, but we were able to ship the customer a replacement battery from our inventory. We did talk to *** today, and advised a replacement battery is currently being shipped to him. ***** Tracking# ************.
