Just like many others before me, I was quoted one price ($75) and was charged another ($189). I tried multiple times to express my displeasure to the billing department but got nowhere. In fact, each time I spoke with someone at Total Performance, they made me feel like I was the one that was being deceitful. Well, look at many of the other 1-star reviews! Most say the same thing:- "This group overcharges non-insured patients"- "Be prepared for them to make you pay $200 for a visit after the fact! They did it 3xs to me, unapologetically!"- "Watch out!!! They will do extra treatments, call it physical therapy on the bill and charge you a lot more than you can imagine".- "Scam artists, Charging non-insured $200 for the 1st visit. No Xray, No Massage, an adjustment and a $200 charge on the way out. Are you Kidding me?"I gave them multiple opportunities to fess up and do the right thing. But they refused. I'll be disputing the upcharges through my credit card. And I suggest people find a different chiropractor with higher ethical values. Total Performance could improve in this category by listening to their customers when they feel burned.
