    Working with ***** Cunningham was an absolute nightmare. During the initial interview, he assured us he was competent, reliable and would do an excellent job for us. He told us exactly what we needed to hear. Soon after signing the contract for a $80,000.00 new addition it became apparent this was not the case. Showing up mid-morning and leaving mid-afternoon along with constant trips into town for forgotten materials or tools was the first of many red flags. Mid construction he lost his contractor license and lied about it (later found this out).****** workmanship, cutting corners ordered the wrong pitch of trusses and blatant errors were common issues. These were constantly brought to his attention, which usually resulted in them redoing the problem a minimum of three times. The job was to be completed in four months a year later it was finally done. At the first inspection they put a stop build until all the problems were fixed a very lengthy list example headers not in put in no ridge beam no collar ties the list goes on and on. After he got the final inspection we are now going back through the build and fixing it ourselves to *************** of dealing with this shoddy contractor. A side note the inspector told me he has never seen so many corners cut and horrible craftsmanship. Beware of hiring him.
