Date: September 28, 2022 Paid in full day of: $1,300.00 Upon arriving to Patriot Mechanic and Machines three mechanics told me the noise they were hearing was due to a bad Clutch and Throwout Bearing. Quoted me $1,300.00 for 7 hours of work including parts. I reached out the **************, 16th, 20th, 23rd, and the 24th. All of which came with exudes upon excuses about ordering the wrong parts 4 times, his partner/other mechanic was out sick and being in the hospital, no room in the warehouse due to other jobs waiting on parts. Finally on the 24th he states that the issue was not what they originally thought and he now thinks it's the Input Shaft Bearing. He says he Can not complete that job. So I agree to pick up the Jeep, did so on the 25th of October. A couple days later I do so and I notice on the way out of the parking lot the clutch felt loose. I figured they knew what they were doing so I proceeded home. The next day trying to drive to the bank the clutch will not go into 1st, 3rd or reverse. I contacted ******* November 7th, about the issue and he denies it's the clutch. Says he doubts it's the clutch because his mechanics are better than him at that job. I than message him the 8th asking if he had a day available to look at the Jeep and he says he will let me know. November 16th I message him asking if there are any available dates, no response. December 6th I receive a text message with questions and more excuses from *******, after I filed disputes with my card and other documents.
