    I took copper in there at the end of August and been there 2 other times to sell copper and recieved no payment from them . And in the past I got check went to there bank and they couldn't cash it due to not having enough in their account what kind a business writes check and can't cash them at their bank

     I haven't resolved the solution yet. And as far as the office lady ***** never talked to me in length either . I have a receipt that they owe me still one check and t hey say I've received it but never had . But  I want them to publicly apologize to all the customers that they have perked around on there checks as well and maybe even compensation for peoples over drafts caused by them as well as late fees paid in cash to us all that were counting on our checks to be here within a timely manner not 3 months wait for it I was late on paying my share the rent and git charged late fees as well as late fees on the power bill and it wasn't due to my wrong except thinking this company would be up and up with the payments . I've started doing business else where and got my checks in timely manner . Thank you

    I did respond to Mr. ******** at length in person and I presume that he wasn't satisficed with our conversation though he never indicated that to me. I did explain that once the check is mailed it is out of our control. And I do agree with Mr. ******** that the checks were taking longer than usual at that time, though never three months. I also pay any returned check fees that a customer accrues. I don't think if my memory serves, that Mr. ******** had any returned checks with late fees. If he had I would have paid the fees for him.

    He also mentions that we owe him one check though he never came back to tell me the amount or what the check was for. I'm sorry that Mr. ******** was so dissatisfied with Cascade Metal Recycling. I'm more than glad to apologize to Mr. ******** for any mistakes that we made but I can't apologize for the post office. I hope that Mr. ******** is having a good experience with the new place he is doing business and I wish him all the best.

    On 7/22/22 I turned in scrap metal in exchange for money. I signed a receipt for said amount of $4604.16 and was told I would recieve the said amount in 5 business days via mailed check to my residence. I never recieved a check and had to call them and have them issue a replacement check and mail it to me. When I recieved the check it was only for $1,659.28 and had different pricing for scrap metal than origanal agreed amount for a difference of $2994.88. Upon calling them about the difference they told me that prices had changed since my metal turn in and my agreed amount was null in void.

    On 7/22/22 we visited their ************* location to sell our copper load. We received a quote and signed the quote agreeing to the prices given even though the price rate was lower than what it should've been. We waited almost 3 weeks and had not received the check they said was in the mail. When we contacted them they said they would check to see if the check was cashed and they would get back to us. We did not hear back from them but we did receive the check on 8/12/22 but it was for almost $3000 less than was quoted and came with a new quote that was not signed or agreed upon. We have contacted them and they keep hemming and ****** and refuses to pay us the agreed upon about. The check is in my coworker ******************************* name and he will also be reporting them.
