    I arrived at this hotel on 7/12/23 and was billed twice for $73.78. My ****** train did not arrive in *********** until 7/12/23 yet the front desk clerk claims I arrived on 7/11/23.

    Hello, my name is *********************, we don't know who ***************** is, but I can tell the story we have. 

    ********************* made reservation (ID ********* from Hotel.com @ Jul 11,2023@12am, please check the first attachment.

    ********************* checked in with her ID & credit card on 15:17 in the afternoon @ 07/11/2023, Please check the second attachment which can show her signature on the receipt.

    We don't know anything about ****** train story, but we know for sure she's here & stayed with us on 07/11/2023.

    I have attached a copy of my ****** ticket showing my arrival in ***********, OR on 7/12/23. I had not even arrived in town until 7/12/23 so it is impossible that I checked on on 7/11/23.

    I have researched this issue extensively and discovered it is an ****** error. When I did not find my receipt for 7/11/23 from the hotel and saw two charges on 7/12/23, I assumed it was a double bill. However, after researching the issue, I found that ****** had put the wrong date of arrival on my ticket. I want to apologize to the business for any confusion this has caused.

    The only thing I would like for the business to do is inform me where they saw the name ***************** and what the association is with me. Again I apologize for my mistake and hope this resolves the claim.
