    On December 3rd, 2024, my vehicle was towed from a mechanic's shop (during after-hours they placed the vehicle in a "No Parking" zone). I received a letter in the mail, on December 6th, 2024, from *********** stating my car had been towed by Bulldog Towing, Inc.I called the towing company on December 6th, 2024, and they told me to disregard the letter because someone from the mechanic shop picked it up for $400. The Oregon Lien was for $1,431.60 By releasing a vehicle to someone who isn't the owner, they break the law ORS822.215 (b). The mechanic did not charge me for the services and tried to "hide" the tow from ***** a result of them releasing the vehicle to the non-owner, my tires with nice chrome rims were stolen (worth $1,667). The mechanic claimed the towing company did it. The towing company claimed the wheels were missing most of the lug nuts when they picked it up. We have been given the run around and need to get to the bottom of it.
