    On April 30th, 2023 at 11:53am, I ordered food from the ********** Dairy Queen in the Dairy Queen app by mistake. As per their own directions, I called the store to cancel the order. I spoke with a woman who assured me there was no online order and I would not be charged. I was charged. I went to the location around 4:30pm that day, and was told by a younger man who was working the counter that they have no ability to cancel an order, and that they dont refund people, I had to call corporate if I wanted a refund. An older lady also working told me she just called corporate last week and that was procedure. I went out to the parking lot and called corporate. They told me they do not handle refunds, thats up to the restaurant. They would contact the owner, *****************************, and he would resolve the issue. He emailed me back the next morning, May 1st at 8:15am asking for more information. I emailed him back at 1:17 that day. I waited until May 6th at 7:31pm with no response before I emailed him back. He replied on May 7th at 9:22am saying he had spoken with the manager, and they were under the impression I was going to come get the food. So they made the food, and it sat waiting for me to pick it up, which I never did. He also said he wished to resolve the situation but thus far has not offered any possible solution. I replied at 10:53am on the 7th, and have heard nothing in return. Ive been lied to by his staff, ignored by him unless I contact multiple times, and stolen from.

    The owner of the business has resolved the issue and paid the money that he owed me. Thank you for the help.
