    We had a month to month contract that renewed every 30 days. We signed up on Dec. 9. In Jan. they billed on the 5th which was not 30 days. Then Feb. they billed on the 5th again. We wanted to cancel the membership but they kept renewing earlier than there contract stated. We have requested a refund for March but they have denied giving us a refund even though they have failed to bill on their stated dates. In Jan. they should have billed on the 8th. We had cancelled the membership in January in time and renewed again on the 10th. In Feb, they should have billed on the 9th and in March they should have billed on the 9th again. They require a 3 day notice to cancel but they aren't billing according to their contract. We called in time to cancel but they billed on the 5th again in March. The contract was for the ****** family. ******************* in my witness to the dates stated. We just want a refund for March due to illegal billing. When I contacted sky zone they said they don't give refunds. We don't want coupons or a free month.
