  Dont shop here I would give this shop 0 stars if I could. Im still waiting on a 300 dollar preorder I paid for that is 3 months past turn around time and wont respond to my emails or anyone elses. Owner always plays the victim. Worst shop ever.

  I would give this shop a 0 star if possible. I used to absolutely love shopping here, as did everyone else. But then the Orders started becoming later and later, she started to get more of a following, then quality started going downhill major. I had to fix two of my rattles. Then I received a fruit mini doll, she had glue all over the side of her face and was unfixable. She blames items being late on the post office, but its clear that she is just taking peoples money on pre-orders, to support her storefront. Then blaming the post office for them getting lost when she hasnt even made the dolls yet. She just prints a shipping label and most of the time it never moves. Just depends if she gets time to make the dolls or not. Save yourself the hassle and headache and dont shop here.

  I shopped with TDS for years. I've spent ****s on her products through her online store because i loved the art. However, in the last 2 years, the quality has gone down tremendously and the *** for basic items is out of control. 100s of packages somehow get lost by the post office and she does nothing to make it right. She offers store credit when refunds should be issued. She offers to remake an item just to have you wait another 5 months to get it. There are so many people waiting on orders from January to May when it's July. She continues to take on more knowing she can't even fulfill what she already has. Again, we loved the art so we never had a problem waiting for items.... however, when you wait months past *** and on top of that receive poor quality or items not as described, it's very off-putting. Especially when you have spent so much on her work. See attached photos of the poor quality that she sends out and beware that the photos used on her website are stock photos and not anything that has been made in the last 2 years. She calls faithful customers "collectors" and treats them like they're a burden as opposed to what made her. Her storefront is funded by our money yet we're terrible for buying and loving her products. Avoid at all costs!!! You can find anything from in her store online at a fraction of the cost. She is not making those items herself...simply marking the price up and selling them. There are plenty of places that appreciate their customers to shop at. Avoid this place and avoid the headache.

  Do not shop here the shop owner is stealing people's money. She puts preorders up 3-4 months in advance takes your money and you may or may not see your product if you do the quality has gone down and its never on time. Most orders are weeks overdue from the original month it is due. She covers herself and prints labels the last day of the month that the order is due some items sit in preshipments for weeks and even months. She claims everything is the post office's fault but when you call the ** that she uses they say no packages have been dropped off. She closed her VIP on ******** so now there is no open communication about late/missing orders. Emails go unanswered a lot of people are out of a lot of money since each doll is $40-$350 she only answers you when you do a charge back with your bank then quickly makes the doll and sends it.
