    We purchased a sofa and a recliner from this store. Due to previous purchases of funiture, we asked ***, the salesman - SEVERAL times if the warrenty covered everything that could be wrong with it. He said yes. SEVERAL times. When we got it, we noticed that it was pretty cheaply made. We were going to return it and go looking for something else. They said that we couldnt return it because the 3 days was from the point of purchase, not from recieving it. The couch is for sure broken. The seat is caving in on one side. We called right around the year ***** and they told us that they couldnt do anything, to call the warrenty folks and lie to them about when the with the seat started. We didnt do that.Its gotten so bad, that we tried again to reason with the company. To no avail. The warrenty only covers the fabric. It doesnt cover what we need covered. **** (the manager) negates anything that he doesnt deem worthy to talk about. He talks over you. He wont follow through. Honestly, just a slimy businessmen. Overall, this is a terrible place to purchase furniture from. Please take your money elsewhere. Also, I am almost sure that ******** Funiture on 181st is also owned by the same company. Buyer beware.
