      I have tried 6 different times to find out if I had an oil change left. Six times I was told ******* would contact me. Six times they never bothered to contact me in any way. And this is not the first time they have done this to me. When I had my 2015 toyota tacoma, they pulled the same c*** on me by making me wait till the warranty for oil changes expired. Personally, I think we shoudl keep an eye out for this befavior. They also pulled a fast one with the ******. When they gave me the carfax, they didn't give me the whole report. Apparently the truck had an accident before I came into possession of the vihecle. I believe these people are useing inethical business practices and should be investigated.

      So sorry you are having such a bad experience, and we would love the opportunity to make things right. During the last couple years, we have sustained a "same day" service drive like no other Toyota dealership around, which is why we have won the President's ***** for three consecutive years. Sometimes instead of waiting a couple weeks elsewhere, people have come from all around, and sometimes an oil change can turn into a longer than wanted experience. That being said, we can do better, and it sounds like we missed the **** for you. We would love to provide some complimentary assistance, and we will be reaching out. We will investigate the Carfax for you (we use a similar service called Autocheck), and we want to take care of our customers and have even bought back vehicles, in the past, under the right circumstances, when needed.

      P.S. I am not sure how you're going to fix this. The phrase missed the **** doesn't begin to satisfy how I have been treated by the service department and the issue with my ****** shorting me information which cost me when I traded it in for the the ***V. I don't appreciate being scammed in your building. That is one reason I am done with you folks and I will pass this on to my friends. ********************* is one of your customers and he has seen first hand how you folks treated me. Good luck!
