    THIS PLACE IS A SCAM FOR ONLINE ORDERING. There's no way to cancel a paid order through the app, or online anywhere, or even speak to a human in customer service to obtain a refund. They only run you around and give you the number to the store, -the same people not answering or doing helping people. Additionally, how does dominos get away with not having a straightforward way to obtain a refund due to employee incompetence? Pretty illegal is what it is. There's no real defined wait time through the app. Food was not prepared in the time the app stated, and when I went to go get my food the staff ignored me the entire time I stood there and the app just still said "prepping", and they wouldn't tell me if they were even making my food. I never got my food.

    On 9/17/2022 I ordered three items from this store.4 hours later the "Delivery Tracker" claims the delivery was made. I called the manager and they said it was still being delivered. I am at work, I have been sitting here the whole time and no one ever showed up. I need to go home, I filed a complaint with the company but it didn't resolve the issue. I want a complete refund because they took my money but never gave me the product.
