I Found this company on *****'s list to do a retaining wall and concrete patio. I had already started the retaining wall and wanted them to finish the project. They came by and talked us into pavers saying they would drain better than concrete. I also had them do a gate and a fence enclosure and some sod. So pavers, wall, grass, fence. They charged us 15k. It's a small yard Mind you. We paid because they had a 5 year warranty and sounded legit. They finished the work. It looked OK I guess not like we wanted it though. About two years went buy and the rain water wasn't draining like they said it would. It caused the pavers to collapse. I contacted timberline in November 2021 to use our warranty. **** the owner came out and assessed. He said he would take care of it. He also told me his wife was having twins in a couple days. Months went by and they didn't contact Me. I reached out in April. He came out and assessed again in April I contacted him several times because he said he would take care of it. By June no one came out. He came out and assessed again. Each time telling me he would get someone out. Promising me it'll be done by so and so date. This pattern continued into September when they finally started working on it. The people who came to work on it looked more like family members than employees. They would do a few hours of work talk most of the time and get barely anything done. One time he had his two year old with him. They put the pavers back but couldn't remember the pattern. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing. **** has told me a hundred times they'll finish tomorrow or he call me back in a minute. I have never been ghosted so many times in my life. It is despicable. He told me he will finish tomorrow but I don't see how just him will finish to my satisfactory. Pavers still aren't cut which they shouldn't have to be. Some have paint on them. Some aren't flat and there are pavers not flesh.
