    West Coast Roofers went above and beyond to complete our new roof, skylights and new gutter system. It was done at a reasonable price and the customer service from the owner and the workers was exceptional. They were extremely considerate and cleaned up each day. The owner responded to all my questions immediately and did everything in his power to get the job done correctly and quickly. I highly recommend this company.

    We found that working with ********************* and his team at West Coast Roofers was a good thing. Before the job began we had a number of questions and concerns, all of which **** dealt with fairly and directly. We got the roof we wanted at a price we could live with. We had some very stringent requirements and they met every one. Even tho a miscommunication with one of the installers caused a bit of a snag, the entire team worked to insure that we were satisfied with the result. We were! It was clear they really wanted it to work and were doing their best. I have a large garden all around the house and yard which is very important to me. They made sure that nothing damaged the garden and carefully picked up after themselves when they were done. **** checked every day that things were going OK and that we were happy with the result. It was a good experience and we would (and have!) highly recommended these folks to others.

    ********************* was a pleasure to deal with. He was the first one to respond to my wide net of emergency emails I sent out at 10:30pm one night when we had a very bad leak ruin some of our home interior. He was at my home by **** the following day and had my roof patched and protected in an hour. He was a real blessing! Next, I was very upset at the cost of a new roof which was badly needed, but he was able to work with me on price and even got the job done a few days later. A whole new roof in just 2 days! His team was fast, friendly and answered my questions. They cleaned up as best they could (we had a wind storm) and then **** himself showed up the next day to get leftover trash and scraps. I cannot tell you how wonderful an experience I had. I am getting emotional just writing this. He made the nightmare of our leak and needing an entire new roof as easy and painless as he could. I am beyond grateful for him and really wish all business owners took a page from his book. A++++ service!
