    I ordered 24 soccer sweatshirts for my daughters soccer team and some of the parents. First off it took way longer than she said it would. She has tried putting the blame on be but I submitted the order at the end of September and didn't receive the sweatshirts until October 18th. She said it would be a few day turn around after I submitted the order. It took her awhile to send me the initial invoice after submitting my order and then took her longer to make the sweatshirts. She said a few days and it was far more than few days. The amount of time it took i can deal with though, even though it was not what she promised. We received the sweatshirts and the looked awful, like my 4 year old cut the graphic out. She finally offered to re do them and they looked almost just as bad. She also ghosted me twice during this process and went over a week without emailing or responding back to me. The quality of the re done sweatshirts is AWFUL! The coloring on them is also completely off on the "redone" ones, some of them are super dark and the cutting out of the graphic is still bad.
