      Multiple dates. Paying way to much. Not following ors. Codes I have proof their ripping people off for hundreds of dollars. I was asked in a snotty way if I was on crack kicked out when I tried to resolve the issue. So on and so forth. I can't be in my storage unit doing what I need or I get a 10 day notice. Theirs a lot don't like giving receipts missing cash payments on what receipts I could get they don't add up. Charging money multiple times. I have proof to it all. Not sure of the amount cause you would have to see it to believe it and I would have to explain it I'm confused about it myself. Saying I owe money when I don't

       The charges and fees have been clarified for this tenant many times. She falls behind on her bill then levies accusations at us and threatens to get her lawyer involved. If she decides to catch up and pay her bill thats fine. If not, her storage unit will be sold according to the state laws and our foreclosure process, which is outlined in the rental agreement she signed
