    I purchased a massage, and afterwards was given an option to buy a 2nd one to use in the future. Nothing about it needed to be used within 90 days. I rescheduled the 2nd massage and they canceled on me as well. 6 months after I purchased I made an appointment and I owner just called to say I cant use it. Denied canceling or rescheduling on me, threatened to charge me a no show fee for her canceling me! I paid for two massages and got 1. Shes very rude, aggressive and unhealthy for someone in the wellness field. Hung up on me instead of being professional. I would never support a business where the owner calls to yell at you. Super goofy.

    This client rescheduled the 2nd massage five times and she was told that it expired in 90 day. She even signed a document that stated that. She also said that I canceled on her, she was scheduled with two massage therapist but she was not scheduled with me so I have never canceled on her. I told when I call and left the message, that I was going have to charge her for this massage and why, i asked her if she did not want to keep that appointment to call and let me know. if she did not then I was going charge the no show fee. She did call and I was able to rebook the time.I ended the when I had someone call on the other line.
