    My car broke down I decided to scrap it so I called around and found a company that said theyd come tow it and pay me $300. when I give him the title.He came and towed it and I started looking for a different car and my title.I cant find my title I texted Freds Auto Removal and let him know I cant find it.He said that he could only give me $250 then without the title, I said ok. He said he was out of town for a funeral but would be back tomorrow and meet with me then to pay me.This morning out of nowhere when I was at a Dr ************ I started getting calls from an unknown *************** When I was finished with my appointment I called the number back.It was the guy from Freds Auto Removal. Now hes saying he wont pay me with out a title which isnt what he agreed to in the text message that I have. Hes also now saying that hes putting a lien on my car charging me for the tow and storage of my vehicle.I called DMV they emailed me the paperwork he needs to get a title. I drove all the way out to where it says his business is and its a shipping store not a junk yard. I called the guy back he was extremely rude, asking if I have his money.I feel like this is a scam and he does this to steal cars from people. I will file a civil lawsuit if I have to since the police were no help in the matter.

    This woman called and said she had broken down on the freeway and had the title in her posseison. After driving out to her we found she didn't have the title and promised if we took her vehicle from the parking lot it was in she would get us the title within a week or so. We agreed. She then said she didn't have the title and that it was her car in her name and I said we would just lien it and free of charge and cancel any towing fees and charges. When we came to see her the second time it came to our attention that the vehicle wasn't her vehicle or in her name. So we did not pay her and we liened the vehicle and notified the owner who's name is on the title.

    Hello,

    He is lying and I sent the texts as evidence when I filed the complaint. The car is in my name and I called the *** and they did indeed confirm that it was in fact in my name and I even drove out to his business address and it doesnt exist. He is obviously a scam artist and I either want my $300 or my car back.
