Refunds:
Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which theoriginal payment was made. Credit Card Refunds are subject to a 3% return fee. Restocking Fee – If we deem a return was made without reasonable cause, or where we deemusing our judgment the product meets the advertised condition, the refundwill be charged a 20% restocking fee. We will NOT issue a refund prior to an item having not been returned.
Returns:
Returns are very costly to internetsellers of firearms. Due to the expense incurred by returns, we makeevery effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and the product meetsthe standards of our advertising. If a return must be made, please notethe following policies:
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of thedelivery date.
You must first call and followup with an email to notify us beforereturning any merchandise. Failure to do so will result in yourreturn not being accepted.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of thecustomer in ALL instances except one in which we shipped you theincorrect item due to our error.
All returned items must be returned in the samecondition in which we sent them. Black Horse Arsenal reserves theright to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchangewill be made.
IMPORTANT – A detailed note explaining the reason must be includedwith all returns. Be sure to include all current contactinformation, ie, name, address, daytime phone number, email address andcopy of invoice.
No returns will be accepted for cosmetic issues,missing items, etc once the firearm(s) has been transferred to you by yourFFL (dealer). ALWAYS inspect your firearm(s) PRIOR toaccepting the transfer from your dealer.
Shipping charges are never refunded. If youreturn an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shippingcharges you incurred when we shipped the order to you. Noexceptions.
If we have to send a return shipping label to get anitem back from your FFL for any reason (not passing background check, FFLrefusing to do the transfer, you changed your mind, etc), we will deductthe return shipping charges from your refund.- Business Categories
