    I purchased a remanufactured transmission at auto zone for a little under $4000 this transmission has a warranty of 3 years. I waited about a month to get it took about 2 weeks for a mechanic to install it and then it ends up not working. I already gave auto zone the old transmission back roughly a week ago before I knew the new one was no good. I called them to let them know they said the manger was not there til a certain hour I called and they said he will be in the next day called the next day they said he's on break til next week Monday called Monday and nothing then Called headquarters they said since its a instore purchase I have to go in store so I went in store they said they can't do nothing about it to call the manufacturer I did they said auto zone can refund me and I told auto zone that they said no they can't so I called infront of the auto zone worker and they said it infant of them. now ********* one of the mangers said we can refund you $800 if you return the transmission. they have my old transmission and now they want the one I bought back for $800 back only. So they pretty much want to steal more than $1000 dollars from me plus they want me to pay another mechanic to remove it. I am beyond stressed I can't take my kids to school and there resolution makes no sense. I'm losing money and time I cant get back.

    I took my vehicle battery in for charging yesterday to ***************************** ************, ** and I was giving a small receipt smaller than a business card, which was lost. I've been informed that I cannot have my car battery without that slip of paper. I know they got it in the system by my phone number and me because I do business there and they pulled me up and said my name before they handed me to slip the paper. I want my battery back
