Mysterious monthly ***** ACH withdrawals, not authorized by me. No response when trying to contact. Had my bank reverse charges and stop payment.

This is a completely fraudulent company that provides no actual service. They are a scam. My bank information was provided to them by my credit card processing company and I was "opted **" to this without my consent. It all began with a company called "StoneRidge Payments" who signed me up with "Personal Processors". They leased me a Clover flex credit card processing machine. They opted me into the "service" and gave my business bank information to Vibeworx who has taken almost $500.00 from my bank account. I have emailed *******************, who is the manager of vibeworx and he refuses to respond. I have also emailed *************************************, who is the senior "web developer" and he refuses to respond also. My merchant who gave out my information says "its out of their hands " and there is no one I can talk to about it. I'm still fighting to get my money refunded. For anyone who is in a similar situation, ****** Vibeworx to get more information. I would give a negative star if I could.

I had a similar problem. Unknown monthly withdrawals from this company. No email or phone number to contact them. Definitely scam. Will report them to the fraud division in my bank.

I found monthly charges from this company in my business checking account when reviewing my 2022 files. I have no idea what this is for and did not knowingly sign up for any services. I have been attempting to contact the company without any luck. There is no phone # and the email links do not work under the support tab on the website. It seems this is some sort of scam. I am not sure what to do next. I hate to pay my attorney to go after $49.95 a month but it might be worth it.
