    I received an automotive window film tinting service, 05/22/2024, at Elite Solar Control, llc, (its name now).I requested tinting with 3M Ceramic IR series film, 35/50% light transmittance, with about 50% heat rejection if possible. However, in the end, the owner installed a film from another series, 3M Color Stable series instead, claiming that Color stable series is ceramic film. I paid $479 for this service.Obviously, the information provided by the owner misled the me. In the 3M website, it clearly states that 3M automotive window film Ceramic IR series: nano-ceramic technology;3M automotive window film Color Stable series: nano-carbon polyester.It defines clearly that Color Stable series never contains 'ceramic', and all ceramic films fall into Ceramic IR series. I also called 3M, and 3M sales staff verified the information shown above.The next day, I called the owner of Elite Solar Control llc and asked for either compensation or a re-doing with 3M Ceramic IR series film at owners expense because he provided false information to the customer, but my request was rejected by the owner.This is a typical case of intentionally misleading customers by mixing up different products. As a 3M window film dealer, the owner should be very familiar with 3Ms film products. As a result, my vehicle has been installed a 3M Color Stable series film made up of carbon polyester instead of a 3M Ceramic IR series film made up of ceramic, which is what I requested.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I could not see any reflection or awakening to his fraudulent behavior; also, the store owner didnt show any sincerity in solving this business fraud issue.  See the file attached.
