      Like most of the other bad reviews about this company comes down to *********************** utilizing this company. The lady who does the scheduling is horrible to communicate with. Took over 40 days to get a fan in the unit replaced. The owner was the technician, he came by to evaluate the issue initially and said he would get the fan on order. Then we got the run around for a month with numerous calls to schedule a time. We had 6 different times within a month and a half that we were told they would come back out and every time they were a no show. Finally we got the owner to come back out to replace the fan and upon arriving he said "I'm here to look at an ** unit?"... he had no paperwork or information let alone even remembered coming out and already diagnosed the problem. So I realized at that point he probably hadn't ordered the fan. He then told us he would be back Monday first thing to replace it and again was a no show. Finally on that Wednesday after numerous calls again he came out and replaced the unit.We begged AHI to change who we needed to work with but they said this company had already "purchased" equipment to fix the problem so we were stuck.A little over a month goes by and our house is still crazy hot, the ** can't keep up so I put in another ******************************* request and told them we would cancel our insurance if they sent Elite Heating and Air out to work with us again. We had a different company come out and analyze the work and this company immediately could tell there was an issue with the outside unit. He said it sounds like it's getting way high pressure. Right away he asked me have you had work on the fan unit before. "Funny you should ask, yes we did." He opened it up did a little research and said yeah this is not the right fan unit for this system it won't work right.So now I am stuck having to deal with our Insurance and getting it fixed correctly. They are scamming AHI for sure with their business practices

      From what I experienced through AHS, these folks were courteous and timely. Communication was satisfactory and the work done by the technicians was exactly as expected. Some people can never be pleased regardless of what any company may do, and every company has a bad day. So that all saidmy 5 stars.
