      They charge an obscene check cashing fee that they then use to charge another fee for not paying you bill in full.

      Their internet connection have been terrible and doesnt do justice for the amount of money they are charging their customer. I had internet problem on and off and will have no connections for 2-3 days a week. I have talked to someone a few months ago and to 2 separate technician yesterday and today. They have been giving me the run around they never fix the problem. They will say that they will escalate the issue to a more knowledgeable technician but no one ever called to fix the problem and the funny think they wont offer you a credit for those days that they failed to fix the problem. This company is NOT something I would recommend in this area. Horrible, horrible service.
