    Just wanted to say thank you to *** and **** for their hard work scamming my 65 yr old mother out of her social security for the year! You guys really outdid yourselves, she was blown away by the friendship *** showed when he convinced her she needed a 40k dollar truck to haul a **** lb trailer, then proceeded to help her hook up and go camping with her before leaving her in the mountains with a vehicle that immediately broke down! Real professional guys! But what else would you do when you over charge her 10k for a used vehicle? Go camping! Not to mention the fact he told her to wait past the 72 hr cooling off period so he didn't have to do the work to make it right. Good thing you have such good ********* people working for you!

    2 weeks after purchasing a used vehicle from here, it had an oil leak and the check engine light was on. I called and spoke to the manager and he had us bring in the car so the service department can check it. They said there was no oil leak and they fixed the sensor. The sensor came back on within 2 hours, and we have to put in oil daily. I called the manager back and he said he was sorry but there was nothing wrong with it when they sold it to us and that we bought it as is. This was in September 2022. The problems never went away and we tried to sell it to a different dealership and they offered to pay $500 for the car. Ridiculous that this car has had problems within 2 weeks of purchase. No car purchased from a dealership should last only 2 weeks!! Worst dealership in *********!

    Harley Swain Subaru has caused nothing but problems for me, my friends and my family for as long as I can remember.My dad had an issue with an evap system CEL in his Subaru and Harley Swain did not help him even after bringing the vehicle to them. Not sure it ever got fixed before he sold the vehicle.I took my Subaru in for a Secondary Air Pump CEL and they quoted an entire system replacement. Later I found the issue was a loose connector with the dealership did NOT catch in their diagnosis, which is ridiculous.My ******* Subaru is stuck at Harley Swain as we speak and has been for over half a year perpetually because their service techs don't know how to install an engine - I think they are on the third engine failiure at the moment.What a bunch of clowns. Take your vehicles somewhere else if you care about them.
