  Very unprofessional, told us we were able to get the vehicle through financing then when we got there there was no vehicle that we had discussed. We had to drive to ******* ********** to pick up this vehicle with the sales kid in my backseat of my car. We drove it back from ******* ********** just to find out they had changed all the terms and conditions of the vehicle and made it where we weren't able to get it. They lied to us they were very unprofessional they changed the deals and I had to deliver a car for them. That we could buy.

  I bought a lemon from them, they told me they didnt want me to get an attorney that they would make it right with a new one and they ended up s******* me over worse than the the lemon with the second one by lying to me and tricking me. I didnt know it until a week later when I called and asked when I should be expecting my checks back for the warranty from the lemon they sold me, which by the way was a 2022 ******* with 22 miles on it and I put ****** down from a trade in. And they informed me I dont get the checks back they used that as a down for my new one???? I never gave them permission for that, I said I was not putting any down I should have enough equity for the trade in and they never told me they were doing that, they are crooks, cheats, liars, and we deceive you any chance they get. Do not buy from they.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY HERE! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE TO GET A RELIABLE VEHICLE! This is one of the worst experiences I've had buying a vehicle so far. Don't come here if you want a fair deal, value for your trade, and to be treated like a human rather than a number they see on their commission. I was sold a vehicle that knowingly had no under carriage! Less than a week later I contacted them to let them know that we can't have something scraping on the roads just through town, and that we needed to have something with more clearance. Told them what vehicle I was interested in, got ignored for 3 days, for them to tell me it was just sold. Then, go all the way there to get into something different, for them to trade back in the vehicle I got a week prior, remind you, I live an hour and a half away, and they try to tell me they are only giving me a fraction of what the loan a week ago was financed for in trade!! Even after putting $1500 down on the original vehicle! Are you f****** kidding me?! Not only that, they tell me that they knew it needed an under carriage and literally said "my bad". I was told I can get into another vehicle, I sign a purchase order because it was at their other lot, and was cheaper than the original car, and they call me to tell me that I need a co-signer or $5000 down!!!! WTF?!! Worst sales department I've ever gotten to work with. Don't give a s*** about their customer's, only want the paycheck. I hope you all read this and go elsewhere with your hard earned money!! I am baffled at how poorly I was treated here! The only upside to this whole experience was ******, the salesman. He was honest and transparent, the sales manager and the other higher up's are the issue here. Oh and did I mention I am STILL waiting to get a call on "what they can do for me" SMDH.
