***** Auction Company - ***************************** *************************, ******************* - perpetuated fraud against myself personally and against a probate estates. ******************* Came to the estate and purchased (from the estate, and myself personally) large ticket items, Car, Tractor, Collector memorabilia - then proceeded to write the estate a check for ***** and myself a check for *****. The checks were written on 9-7-2022. I have given ************ so many options of returning the items to myself and to the estates, or to make good on the checks, or to make payment arrangments - I have given so many options. I have heard 'I am sorry' about 45 times through texts and phone calls. I am still owed a debt, the buyer refuses to return items AND I HAVE NOW FOUND THAT the S&S auction company sold the car to *************************, which ******************* stated was his business partner. I have had a multitude of excuses as to why the checks bounced and have not been made whole yet. -""" he forgot other checks were going through, he was forced to keep items, he had a stroke and was in the hospital, he was sorry his friend died""". - I had a 27 minute with *************************** which stated the account the checks were drawn on was not an 'open' account. I have not verified that. Never the less it has been over two months, I have sent and documented 6 certified letters, numerous calls, texts, and messengers, received many 'promises to pay', been lied to on numerous occasions.

Ive sent a demand for payment. he currently has an outstanding debt to me for **** dollars plus damages. at this point, He knowingly took items, Later finding out he knowingly wrote checks that were going to bounce, I view that as theft. He is not cooperating but rather state - next week I will pay, next week I will pay, next week.... His silence and unwillingness to even make payments solidifies my thoughts. knowingly writing a bad check in the *************** is a misdemeanor and can be a felony based on the amount written. My attitude of compassion has changed to that of angst and anger. it has been a few months now and I am ready to get this settled. The *************** allows me to *** for the full check $12000 plus damages plus bank fees. this is my last attempt to amicably collect for the fraudulent check he has written me and the theft he perpetrated against me.So, I either need the tractor back in good working order with its implements or I need to be paid in full.

On June 21, 2022 I purchased a Kawasaki Mule in an online auction. Th listing stated, Starts, and then dies. Has been sitting for a few years. My fiance and I rented a uhaul trailer on June 23 and drove 6 hours to pick up the Mule. At approximately 5:20 pm we arrived at the auction lot, paid ***************************** ************************* $2300 cash and loaded th Mule in the uhaul trailer. I remarked to ********* that I could smell bad gas. We arrived home at midnight. 8 am the next day I tried to start the motor, and discovered the battery was dead. After charging the battery I tried to start the motor again. It would not start. I used starting fluid and it still would not start. I returned the trailer, stopped at Advance Auto, purchased a compression tester and returned home. Normal compression for a Kawasaki Mule **** is between ******* lbs. My results were 15 lbs on one cylinder and 30 lbs in the other. This indicated that there is no way possible that this motor starts, and then dies. I confirmes this with a small engine mechanic at ****** Boat Works in ********, **. I sent an email to *******************, an owner of S&S Auction within 12 hours of arriving home with tue **** and did not get a response. One week later I sent a second email to which ******* responded. * stated that he wanted to make things right, that they dont have the time to test every item they auction, the consignee gave them that information and asked what I wanted to see done. I responded, thanked him, informed him we were trying to decide how we wanted the issue resolved and asked when ***** would return. I did not get a response. One week later I sent a third email asking for my $2300 back and that they come to ******** to pick up the Mule. That email was July 11, and I have not received a response.
