    On June 24 2022 I took my **** ****** titan 4x4 to masters touch to check rear axel seals passenger side was leaking. They said passenger side needed replaced , the driver side was ok, I told them to replace both sides.. they did the bill was ****** invoice #*****. I was told by ***** the mgr. They guaranteed the job for 1 year.. a few months later the passenger side rear axel seals started leaking again, I took it back to masters touch and yes it was bad again .. ***** said they would replace it again at no cost.. i asked him to have ******** shaft checked to make sure it was ok. When I picked up the truck asked ***** if ******** was good, he said yes.. new seal no charge. The around the first of June 2023 the passenger side rear ********** was leaking again.. but I had just moved to ****** ore. And the seal was so bad I could not drive the truck to Hillsboro ore, I had to get it repaired there in ****** ore.. I had several phone calls to ***** at masters touch, he said to get it repaired ans send the bill. Ans they would reimburse me for part of the bill because it was still covered by the guarantee. The bill to replace the ********, that they said was fine and the new seal came to ******. I sent ***** the bill .. the seal was determined to be bad along with ******** shift. So around Sept, Oct. ***** called and said they would be sending me a check for ******. it is now December 8 and still no check.. I have a lock on my mail box so nothing can be taken. They said the owner sent a check but I never received it and talked to ***** about it weeks ago. He has told me he would have the owner call me a number of times when I called him to say no check yet what's up.. he couldn't understand stand why the owner wouldn't send. He said he would talk to the owner and take care of it.. have talked to ***** a number of times but the owner will not call me to take care of this issue..still waiting for the reembursement check of ****** please help ..
