    We have a **** Malibu LSV boat that is being repaired by Land and Sea. The boat was damaged and we have an insurance claim that was submitted back in 2020. We dropped the boat off for the first time about a year and half ago. *** (the owner) had the boat for about 8 months and he got no work done on it at all. We dropped the boat off in June of this year and the boat is still not done. He has at least started it but it is nowhere near finished. He has been fully paid by our insurance company. The quote was issued and agreed upon two years ago. The job should have only taken 1 week. *** is giving us and the insurance adjuster the run around and dodging our calls. The insurance adjuster is calling nearly every day. We want the job done or our money back. We have been very patient and understanding but now we are beyond furious.
