I bought my car April, 29th, 2024 and Ive had nothing but issues they refuse to fix because I dont have a warranty but they promised me I did when I left. This car had bad brakes and they gave out while I was driving because I didnt know one of them was but on backwards. This all came after the first car they sold me had a salvaged title without my knowledge and they said my past car payments would go towards the new car and they didnt.

Purchased a car in February from Oregon Automotive and its by far worst experience. Car was purchased with 138k miles (so we thought), with NO fluids what so ever, dirty filters, broken water pump, leaking coolant, all found once we took to have looked at as it was making a weird sound. We let dearship know and they seemed responsive and sent us to their mechanic. Once mechanic verified what we were hearing, the dealership told us to go to our own mechanic and send them invoice and they will pay us back. So we had to pay over $1000 out of our pocket which we didnt have, but had to in order to drive the car. There are still several issues that need to be addressed as well but we can drive now but have to constantly fill with coolant. In process of getting things fixed, we discovered the actual miles of vehicle was reported at $178k!!!!! And that was few years back. Shows the car was received by Oregon Automotive with $149k miles, but sold to us with $138k!!! They told us they were going to look into why the miles are less and if the owner before rolled them back. But, the miles were more even they got it and now less since we bought it. They are refusing to respond to us now, will not answer calls or text. No one will provide us owners info. We now have a car that is going out on us, with almost 40k more miles than we thought, afraid to drive it and no answer. We have to now go through the process of reporting to all agencies needing to know, hire an attorney and this all takes time and energy away from work and family. We dont know why to do.
