    I was introduced to **** and the 1st Pacific Construction team over a decade ago by my veteran real estate agent. **** installed an attic fan and fixed some original-construction problems then and has always been my first call when I needed projects done on my ******* the last year I have had reason to be so grateful to ****, **** ** and the rest of the 1st Pacific Construction team. This year I have hired them to replace my roof and build a custom wrap-around porch. They have done an excellent job at a reasonable price. I am thrilled with the result. **** stands behind his work. With custom work, final adjustments are to be expected, and **** addresses these on a reasonable timeline with good communication. When Im looking for work to be done. I highly prefer a local small business master craftsman over a multistate corporation. ******** builders, with their large overhead, simply cant compete with family owned master craftsmen in areas of skill and price. **** has that obvious skill and experience that comes with decades in the trades. There is a way that master craftsmen talk about projects. When I see this quality it inspires trust. I follow along in the vision and progress, but given that trust, it frees the craftsman and the homeowner. My project turned out exactly as described. I could not be happier. Thank you ****, **** ** and all of the 1st Pacific Construction team
