    Don't bother to book an appointment for an estimate. I booked an appointment for a roof replacement after filling out their forms on the internet and received a call from someone who booked the appointment. I received 3 confirmation emails including one the day of the appointment. No one showed up and never called or emailed again. I sent emails with no answers. I called and their voicemail stated someone would call within 1 hour. Again no one bothered to call me back. Their customer service is horrible. Do yourself a favor, do not patronize this business they do not care about you or your time.

    I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. As the owner, I personally looked into this and couldnt find any record under your name in our system. We take every appointment seriously, and I apologize if something slipped through the cracks.

    Please note weve had issues with unauthorized marketers using our business name or booking links without our consent. If you didnt speak with one of our actual team members **** or **** its possible this was one of those cases. Still, we take full responsibility for anything connected to our name and would appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

    We never had interaction at all whatsoever, this is a fake account, or competitor trying to make us look bad. The way this was written looks like the one from a scammer.
