    Cancellation of appointment due to having a certain type of insurance and being an established patient. Won't take my insurance due to me being a "new patient" while previously being established. The clinic is still willing to take clients but not for certain insurance.

    Unfortunately, we have reached out to patient regarding this matter to attempt to assist patient with scheduling and potential options.   The messaging system noted that patient received/read the messages sent; however, patient has not responded.  If patient wishes to discuss the clinic policies regarding the insurances we are contracted with and what plans we can accept, clinic management would be happy to discuss with patient.

    Clinic reached out February 11 to schedule. Wasn't able to reschedule until later but made a new appointment online on February 21st. Only to receive a call later saying they are cancelling my appointment again. They are still accepting other clients. But, won't accept me because of my insurance.

    Unfortunately we can only schedule patients with insurances that we are contracted with.   We have attempted to communicate with patient regarding this.

    On April 10, 2023, I placed an order for 6 boxes of Domeboro Medicated Soak packets from the Center for Dermatology & Laser Surgery Online Store (ORDER #**********). On April 17, 2023, I received my order and there were only 6 individual soak packets. The description on the website said that each item contained 1 box - 12 powder sachets. Since I order 6 of the items, there should have been 6 boxes of the 12 powder sachets, or a total of 72 powder sachets. As of now, I have been shorted by 66 powder sachets. I have reached out to the vendor multiple times and my inquiries have not been responded to. I am asking that the full 6 boxes of 12 powder sachets each be sent to me, or my order refunded (including the $10 shipping charge). The total order amount was $28.00. I have included a screenshot of the description from the Online Store website showing that Qty 1 should be for 1 box or 12 powder sachets.

    Thank you for the feedback regarding the product verbiage for this item being unclear on our online store.   We apologize your communication to the orders email was not received.  We did not receive an alert on our online store that there was further communication or we would have responded sooner.  We apologize that a BBB claim was felt necessary.   We have responded to your communication via email regarding the pricing and why that resulted in only 6 packets received as the $3.00 pricing is per packet not box of 12.   We have updated our online store to be more specific in the product title as you will see from the screenshot in the attached document.  We have also offered to refund the $18.00 paid for the 6 packets and to keep the 6 packets that were shipped as an apology for the confusion this created.

    We hope this can resolve the concern satisfactorily.
