      Total scam. Paid for fillers and no difference at all from before and after photos. Thousands lost and the *** won't do a thing about it. Make sure to file a complaint with the *** so it is on file. ********************************************** Do not use them!

      Unfortunately, we were unable to identify this as a patient of ours based on the information we can see.  We are willing to discuss complaints about services if the patient calls us.  We did look on the ********** complaint list and did see one complaint that was filed in April 2024.  The complaint was Reviewed and Closed:  DOJ reviewed the complaint and took no action.

      Poor customer service and billing practices. Unaware to me they have a policy that if the bill isn't paid within 90 days (regardless of insurance billling so if you wait to see what insurance will pay you are already into their 90 day timeline) they send the account to collections. They don't notify you that they will be sending and they don't notify after it is sent. In my case I paid their bill directly to them and then 3 weeks later they sent the account to collections, after I had paid the bill. Now I have to work with a debt collector and Goodskin Dermatology for an account that was paid. We weren't too thrilled with the dermatology services to begin with but this current billing fiasco has sealed the deal and we will no longer be using their services. There are much better dermatologists out there that are personable, friendly, and easy to work with.

      We send at least 2 statements, a text message with link to pay, make 3 telephone attempts to discuss outstanding bill, and send  2 secure text messages before any action on an account.  We do our best to make sure our patient's have every opportunity to pay  or set up a payment plan prior to assigning accounts to collection.

      Worst customer service and worst doctor ever! Did not do the cut or stitching correctly. Now I must go to another dermatologist have it cut open again! I am left with a huge scare on top and a bigger scare inside under my skin. Plus the doctor put an extra cut that should not be there. Hoping it can be repaired by a professional dermatologist! Doctor rating: Beginner level at best, should not be a doctor!Zero stars!

      I went to GoodSkin dermatology and they have the worst customer service I had to go to the hospital for itching on my leg and get medicine the clinic wont even help me the ** doctor that I saw she didnt even help me I had a rash on my leg and I was itching and I had to go to the ** for a rash on my leg because the clinic refused to help me keep referring me to the resource line terrible customer service
