On November 12 we ordered several tile and flooring products. We were told tile would take 2 weeks and flooring just a couple of days. On November 26 items were still not here The sales person did some checking and was able to get most of the items through stock. We had ordered *****sq ft of pebbled shower tile floor. He was able to get 13 which was picked up and installed On December 6 the remainder of the tile came in except for the balance of the pebble floor. I told him we needed to proceed with the job as this as now been 4 weeks so we no longer needed them. I asked for a credit because at that date they were suppose to be coming soon but weren't in. He said he would get back to me- still 2 weeks later has not. I am only asking for a credit for the products we did not receive. I also need to order a few more tiles. Have called 2 times (Dec. 18 & 20) no answer and no return of phone call. To this date he still has not verified that the pebbles are in. I am again only asking for a credit for the products we paid for but never received. were missing two boxes which is equal to a $28 credit
