      Read all the comments on ****** . They overcharge and rip off customers off ?? They tried charging me over $60 for ONE item. According to other customers they dont tell you the price until they ring you up. One person will say one thing and the other will say another. Also their customer service representatives need more training. When I asked if they charge. The lady I spoke to said in a monotone voice Of course ?? definitely need help hiring friendly people who can handle customers.

      I worked for this company , let me tell you how unprofessional upper management is, upper management does not care about there residents not only do they do a bad job when picking up garbage for residents but the laugh when customers call or come into the office to complain about how horrible this company is, they charge customers $20 for a run back when it is there drivers who dont even stop at the address to remove the garbage , meaning they charge the customer for there drivers mistake (****) who is in charge of the drivers dosent care he will make sure the garage dosnet get picked up if he dosent get the money he wants. The guys in the office and drivers drink on the job the drivers drive at a high speed, one drivers almost hit my car because of the speed he was going, when I brought it up to ****, he thought it was funny and laughed it off. The city needs to investigate this company every single person in management there. Worst company Ive worked for.
