    I'd leave 0 stars if I could. This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. After 2 no-shows in the first 4 days, and the other 2 days being staffed with 2 different caregivers with a combined experience of 4 months and no available transportation as promised (not at all the fault of the caregivers. They were both very sweet girls), I called the company to express my concerns as I am leaving town and must have reliable care for my father. Within 15 minutes of my call, I get a nasty email from the manager stating my concerns are not valid. I immediately called to speak with the owner about the attitude I received over voicing concerns. The manager called me back and stated she is in fact, the owner. She argued with me and even went so far as to tell me I was wrong. I suggested to her instead of arguing, why not discuss my concerns? Instead, she hung up on me, then sent another email ending all care (duh!).If you want your loved ones truly cared for, find a different company!(Comfort Keepers is a franchise.
